February Workout Picks

In February I gravitated towards solo home workouts as opposed to my usual visits to the gym. Here are some of my favorite home WODs from february;

1. Warm Up

10 minute jump rope

20 minute Triplet

10X 1-arm DB should press

6 walk down plank

15 weighted walking lunges

2. 22 minute Amrap

10 burpees

10 1-armed DB snatch

20 russian twists

10 JJ squats

3. For time:

30x clean+ Thruster

30x Bar hop burpees

+

15 Minute time cap

10x KB swing

10x box jump
